Hatha Yoga:

Traditional Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga where the teacher designs a sequence of poses and each one is held for 10-30 seconds then returning to the 'Anchor Position' before entering into another pose.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa Yoga is similar to Hatha Yoga however you will hold each position for a varied amount of time and each position flows from the previous position. It is slightly more fast paced and will involve more movement compared to Hatha

Ashtanga Yoga:

Ashtanga Yoga is a more dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that combines breath control, movement, and meditation into a structured sequence of poses. It is based on a set sequence of poses that are always practiced in the same order.

Pranayama:

Pranayama is the practice of breath control. It is a way to influence the body and mind, bringing balance, energy and focus. literally translated from Sanskrit Prana means life force or life energy and yama means expansion or control.
