Meet Ben
I am a dedicated martial artist with over a year of intensive training in China, specializing in Shaolin Kung Fu, Meihua Quan, Taiji Quan, Qi Gong, Sanda, and Qin Na. With a daily practice regimen of up to six hours I have developed a deep understanding of both external and internal martial arts, blending power, technique, and mindfulness. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge to help others grow through the transformative practice of Chinese martial arts.

During my time in China I was training under the well respected Shifu Shi Yanjun (34th generation shaolin monk). He saw my potential and was impressed with my character. When I decided to leave the temple and return home to my country he offered me the opportunity of becoming his disciple, a very great honour and one that can only be achieved by having been offered it. Shifu Shi Yanjun gave me the name Shi HengDa meaning one with a large potential and vast possibilities in my life, there will be many opportunities that will test my character. Shi Yanjun is kind and loving, he watches from afar yet sees your deepest struggles, he has dedicated his life to teaching chinese kung fu and now I want to pass on the knowledge that I have gained to help anyone who is willing to grow.
